We collect a percentage of rent collected — which means if your property is vacant, we don’t get paid either. That’s alignment. Most property management companies want every door they can get. We’re not most property management companies. AuxFM intentionally limits the number of properties in our portfolio. Not because we can’t handle more — but because we refuse to manage properties at a level that’s merely adequate. Every property we take on gets senior-level attention, proactive strategy, and direct communication with the people making decisions. That only works if we’re selective about what we take on and who we work with. We don’t scale by hiring junior staff and spreading thin. We scale by being deliberate.
