Joseph “Joe” Teeboom was born and raised in Amsterdam during the 1930s. He fled to America three months before the Nazis invaded Amsterdam in 1940. Upon arriving in New York City, he met his future wife, Emma, and eventually became a successful Stockbroker on the New York Stock Exchange. In 1979, after retiring, Joe moved to Florida, where he transitioned into real estate investment. He purchased properties in Naples and Marco Island, Florida, and on Sint Maarten and Sint Eustatius in the Caribbean.

Joe’s legacy and real estate properties are developed and managed through his four grandchildren, one of which is our CEO, Peyton Warwick. Peyton’s extensive experience in real estate, facility & property management, and staffing has enabled him to lead the team at AUX Facilities Management.
